About Kattya

Kattya has always been a swimmer. From her first lessons  she had a great start and was taught by Forbes Carlile, Australia’s first Olympic Swim Coach and trainer of Shane Gould at Ryde swimming pool in Sydney. From there she had the bug and continued to swim through her school years at a competitive level.

Kattya’s passion lies in the beginnings, “I want all those that come to us to love the water as much as I did because you don’t get to squad level without first loving to swim.”

Kattya saw a need in the market for parents frustrated with paying for lessons and seeing no progress. So began KSS AQUATICS . “I love nothing more than seeing a child achieve.”

Starting with just 4 students in 2008, KSS AQUATICS has grown and evolved and now teaches over 500 students per week.
